Pupils for Park Primary School and St Joseph’s RC Primary School have won the The Friends of Aldershot Lido (FOAL) Poster Competition that was organised by FOAL in cooperation with Places for People (Operator of Aldershot Lido) and Rushmoor Borough Council.
The winner of the Infant category (ages 4–7) is in Year 3 of Park Primary School, and the winner of the Junior category (ages 8–11) is in Class 6S at St Joseph’s RC Primary Sc…hool.
The prize for the winner of each category is a Family Season Ticket for Aldershot Lido for the 2017 Season, which the Deputy Mayor of Rushmoor will present on the Opening Day of the Aldershot Lido.
In addition, each of the pupils in the same class as the winner of each category will have a Family Entry Day Ticket at Aldershot Lido for use between 27 May and 3 September.
Aldershot Lido opens for the 2017 Season at 10.00 am on Saturday – which is due to be the hottest day of the year so far.
